Brilliant mattress & brilliant company.

I genuinely cannot fault my mattress at all, the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time.
Being 8 months pregnant the mattress gives me support & comfort. My fiancé suffers with back pain and the support the mattress gives and a good nights sleep has given him a new lease of life!
Communication and delivery was 10/10.
Will absolutely recommend to family and friends.

I can only say positive things about this company. Communication was excellent and so was the support. Delivery was on time also.

I'll be honest, it took me 10 15 nights to get used to the mattress, is quite stiff (which is what I wanted) and might make you wonder if you made the right decision in purchasing it. I must say that now it feels great and my sleep improved massively (and my back pain is much much better).

Bought the orthopaedic firm mattress which if great. No sagging in the middle. I’m quite light about 58kg but my partner is about 100kg and I don’t end up rolling into him in the middle of the mattress (unlike the Emma and Otty Pure deluxe I previously had).
I knocked one star off because they included some free memory foam pillows which were terrible. Just a sack of memory foam off cuts. Lumpy and thin pillows.
Bought the Otty memory foam pillows instead which are amazing.

Checked out best mattresses for back pain on Which and REM was high on the list. Looking into them REM was the most reasonably priced (and was on offer at the time so even better!). Website is clear and ordering was easy. The mattress was delivered promptly and we love it! Some info said that it may take time to get used to the new mattress but we found it comfortable straight away. My husband's back pain is still there but the mattress has helped reduce it significantly and we are both sleeping much better. Very happy with our purchase.

Bought a snow cooling mattress protector. It feels cool until you place a sheet over it and there is no difference. It is so slippery the sheet comes off and you can't get a good sleep due to sliding. It does not do what it says and is not fit for purpose. Don't waste your money. I emailed them months ago complaining, they offered me a 50% refund and I'm still waiting.

Mattress seems ok. Getting it from their warehouse to our bed was a long painful process. I won't be recommending.

Easy to buy compared to other companies. Took old mattress away. Very comfortable and good value- helping my pain management

The mattress (we used for 18 months) has given us back issues and on an independent review, set up by Remfit, the mattress was not fit for purpose and all the glue from each layer had failed. It’s taken a lot of time and effort to just receive half our money back. Do not use this company as they are selling faulty goods and keeping money back after doing so.
Remfit - don’t bother responding now after months and months of talks with you to get nowhere far!
DivideBuy also who they use kept our money, once we were told they would pay half, for 6 weeks before paying out after hours on talks through a chat messenger as they will not talk on the phone.

I purchased a ‘deep’ pillow which arrived very thin - even thinner than my previous standard pillow from Groupon! Disappointing when you are 38 weeks pregnant and trying to get comfortable, spending money to not be given what is described.

Bought our remfit 500 ortho in eay 2020 it is soooo comfortable, no problems with that however, 2½ yrs later, took the cover off to wash, and the side foam is split half way down one side and the same on the other side

I ordered King size Ortho500 mattress and I am delighted with my choice. Mattress is firm but comfortable to sleep on. Delivery was also spot on.
Definitely a 5/5 experience in the one month of usage.
